Hello there I’m Emma.

Welcome to Made Mindful a place where I share my journey towards living a life made mindful.

Back in 2013, I’d graduated from University  fresh faced, bushy tailed ready to grasp life by the tassles. I started a huge corporate grad Scheme in the City and thought I had this ‘life thing’ all sorted…   Spin forward 4 years, 5 jobs,  15 countries and here I now am a RYT200 certified Yoga Teacher, qualified MBSR (Mindful Based Stress Reduction) Teacher and Nutritional Therapy Student at the College of Naturopathic Medicine .


Long story short- I found Mindfulness, Hatha Yoga and delicious nutritious food. I’ve found my passions and purpose.


Since enrolling on an 8 week Mindfulness MBSR course my eyes were opened to living life with more presence, purpose and enjoyment which I love to share with others.

A trip to Southern India for my Yoga teacher qualification opened my eyes enormously to ‘Living Yoga’ and the fact that ‘Yoga’ is not just asanas and pranayama- It’s a way of life! It’s living with kindness, generosity, LOVE, self-actualisation and mindfulness.

What to expect from this blog – everything from yoga and mindfulness practices and tips to reviews and testing out new meditations, recipes and asanas. PLUS a good old dose of the bizarre and odd punctuation as I brain splurge along the way.
